Chocolate Chip Cookies

Description:

Made with butter, imported semi-sweet chocolate morsels, and loads of love.  Mine are soft in the centre and crisp on the edges.  I’ve been making these with my Mom since I was a little girl, and have always had a profound weakness for them.  Enjoy them alone, with a cup of coffee or tea, or my personal favourite, a tall glass of milk.  Apparently, when I put them in my kids’ lunch boxes, they’re highly sought-after at school… judge for yourself…
