This is easily and absolutely one of my favourite desserts. They are new to my menu, although I’ve made them in our house for years. These gorgeous dark chocolate pots may very well send you over the edge with their incredible depth and texture. Rather than the lightness of a mousse, these have a denseness that took me by surprise the first time I made them. I would recommend these to any chocolate lover, served with a dollop of freshly-whipped cream on top. So simple, yet surprisingly elegant. I’ll deliver them to you in their own individual, lidded containers. There are six two-ounce servings in each order.
