First of all, mine don’t snap. Mine are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, so they don’t technically snap. My whole family looks forward to Christmas so much because I always serve these with fresh homemade Egg Nog. Gingersnaps are also great with tea, coffee, or milk. These cookies are delicious – made with ginger, molasses, nutmeg, cloves, allspice and cinnamon. A real holiday treat. Sometimes I make them in the summer, simply because we can’t wait as long as Christmas to enjoy them!
