Those that have tried these call them ‘luscious’.  I would agree with that description!  My Lemon Squares are a unique recipe unlike any you might expect.  The crust is delicious – buttery and full of texture.  These are made with walnuts and coconut, and drizzled with a lemon glaze.  My mother, grandmother and great-grandmother have made these for generations, and I am proud to have them on my menu.
