If you like oats in your cookies, if you like raisins or cinnamon, try these. They’re even better the next day, and lovely for breakfast — I’m quite serious. Delicious. And if ever you are not in the mood for chocolate (what?!), these are a delicious alternative. Wholesome and sinful at the same time. A perfect biscuit with coffee or tea.
