The nostalgia! I grew up on these precious biscuits, too. Just – yum. I make mine chewy in the centre and crispy on the edges. These are made with crunchy peanut butter. If you have never had proper peanut butter cookies, and if you’re a fan of peanuts, then treat yourself!
