Oooooh boy. Are you a pecan lover? I make this divine pie with loads of pecans, brown sugar and dark rum. Particularly popular in the southern United States, it is known for its sweet, gooey richness. This is absolutely divine. It is to be eaten warm OR cold, and definitely with a scoop of plain vanilla bean ice cream. I recommend asking me for a side of my fresh Salted Caramel Sauce to eat with this dessert (an extra €5).
