A great classic! These cupcakes are some of our most popular.  Known for its distinctive ruby color, these cupcakes are made with buttermilk and has a hint of cocoa in it -- fabulous. They are topped with cream cheese frosting.

This is exactly what it sounds like – vanilla cake and vanilla frosting. My mother tells me that this is a ‘perfect cupcake’ – dense, flavourful, and no pretention. When I get orders for wedding cakes, they are most often created out of this recipe. This is also a nice choice for communions and confirmations. This is an ambient product, and does not need refrigeration. It is best enjoyed at room temperature.
